Bair Consulting Services, LLC offers clients an in-depth analysis of the history of a property going back to the 1820’s. Clients are given a complete history of their commercial or residential property through analyzing pertinent historical documents to establish a chain of ownership. This chain allows them to understand how a property changed ownership through a complete personal archive created for the client’s exclusive needs through public and private documentation which is discussed in the research process page.

The structure’s role with the community will also be highlighted along with genealogical information on the various families that owned the property.

Patrons will be able to use the research in their personal archive created by Bair Consulting Services, LLC to:

Use research towards the application process in nominating their property for local, state, or federal historic landmark designation through a qualified architecture or historic preservation firm.

Learn about who lived on their property and what modifications occurred to the structure since it was built.

Assist with preservation projects through researching pertinent details such as architectural features, landscape, and interior design information through photographs, blueprints, building cards, etc.

Build a complete story of a structure through original archival documents which can be used for constructing an archive for sentimental value or/and marketing a property’s history through a licensed real estate agent.
